We are STILL OPEN during the REC-REATE construction of our new aquatic & wellness centre. Our weight room and waterslide have been decommissioned, but personal training sessions will be held in our Fitness Studio, where we build your program to have the confidence to work independently. We look forward to welcoming you back to a new an improved facility!

Strathcona Regional District

The Strathcona Gardens Recreation Complex is owned and operated by the Strathcona Regional District (SRD).  The SRD is the government body providing services to over 48,000 residents within north central Vancouver Island, Discovery Islands and mainland area inlets, representing four electoral areas, a treaty First Nation and five member municipalities.

The SRD provides a diverse range of services, including water & sewage systems, fire protection, land use planning, parks, bylaw enforcement, recreation, broadband and emergency planning/response services.

The SRD Corporate Office is located at 990 Cedar Street in Campbell River.
