We are STILL OPEN during the REC-REATE construction of our new aquatic & wellness centre. Our weight room and waterslide have been decommissioned, but personal training sessions will be held in our Fitness Studio, where we build your program to have the confidence to work independently. We look forward to welcoming you back to a new an improved facility!
The Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor course prepares the instructor to teach and evaluate the swimming strokes and related skills found in the Lifesaving Society Swim for Life program. This course prepares instructors to apply level 1 leadership competencies and strategies designed to teach lifesaving and water rescue education – judgement, knowledge, skill and fitness.
