COVID-19 – (Facility remains closed to drop-ins) Register now for fitness pods, Pickleball, hockey programs, dry floor after school activities, and learn-to-skate programs and drop-in skating and stick & puck.  A gradual reopening of some dry floor services has begun and the Rod Brind’Amour arena reserved programming started July 20, 2020. Forms for fitness programs

Before you start any of the physician-referred or consented rehabilitation programs or services, you must have an initial consultation with one of our kinesiologists to ensure you are placed in the correct level class ($30 fee). These programs also require some paperwork from you and your healthcare provider. You will be advised which form is needed for your program.
