We are STILL OPEN during the REC-REATE construction of our new aquatic & wellness centre. Our weight room and waterslide have been decommissioned, but personal training sessions will be held in our Fitness Studio, where we build your program to have the confidence to work independently. We look forward to welcoming you back to a new an improved facility!

Skating School Bus

Skating School Bus – Ages 7+ 

Jan 15 – Mar 14, 2025    $15/day

Register your child for the Skating School bus and catch a ride to Strathcona Gardens to join the Everyone Welcome & Pond hockey session. Registration opens 14 days in advance and registration can only be made through our front desk staff. 

Monday / Wednesday – Ocean Grove, Penfield, Southgate

Tuesday / Thursday – Willow Point, Georgia park, Phoenix

Friday – Ripple Rock, Ecole Des Deux Mondes, Ecole Mer et Montagne

  • Participants are welcome to bring their skating/hockey equipment on the bus, or parents can drop it off at the skate shop on your way to work.
  • Registration/cancellation cut off for the day of desired pick up is 12:00 noon to give the bus driver time to plan their route based on daily registration.
  • Registration fee includes admission and skate rentals.

Please note you may only book by calling our reception desk (250-830-6777) or in person at Strathcona Gardens reception desk up to 14 days in advance. Online registration through PerfectMind is not available at this time. Start registering on Monday, December 30th!
