COVID-19 – (Facility remains closed to drop-ins) Register now for fitness pods, Pickleball, hockey programs, dry floor after school activities, and learn-to-skate programs and drop-in skating and stick & puck.  A gradual reopening of some dry floor services has begun and the Rod Brind’Amour arena reserved programming started July 20, 2020. Chronic Disease Management

The 14-week Chronic Disease Management registered program offers many levels of aquatic and land-based physician referred,  progressive group exercise classes. The kinesiologists and specialized trainers will help to maintain independence and functional conditioning. These programs are helpful to people with congestive heart failure, asthma, diabetes, high BP, lung disease, renal failure, depression, liver disease, dementia and other chronic conditions.
