Red Cross swim lessons offers a continuum of learning for infants, toddlers, youth and adults dedicated to building life-long swimmers and leaders in the community.

Swimming is a great fitness activity that everyone can enjoy for a lifetime. Red Cross learn-to-swim lessons put an emphasis on being in the water, so that individuals are actively learning skills and exercising their bodies. Exercise is key to a healthy living plan and Red Cross swim lessons can help.

Safety for life

Literally strokes are important, but being a strong swimmer will only take you so far if you don’t know how to respond in an emergency. Red Cross lessons teach about safety including water temperature, entries into the water, boating knowledge and equipment. These life skills may just save a life!

We are having a difficulty to load your requested events, please come back at a later time.
