Other services available…

Our aquatic therapy program is ICBC approved and offers specific aquatic exercises in an environment conducive to significantly improving structural mobility and strength.

Weight room orientations offer a tour of our weight room and introduction to various pieces of equipment.

Youth weight room training for 14 – 15-year-olds wanting to workout independently. This three-hour course talks about etiquette, body weight exercises and use of basic equipment.

Fitness testing for pre-employment requirements and paramedic/firefighter candidates can be conducted at Strathcona Gardens. Call to make an appointment.
