He is a Certified Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP) and Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and has worked with individuals with a variety of chronic health conditions, healthy populations, as well as young elite athletes. Our aquatic therapy program is ICBC approved and offers specific aquatic exercises in an environment conducive to significantly improving structural mobility and strength.

Weight room orientations offer a tour of our weight room and introduction to various pieces of equipment.

Youth weight room training for 14 – 15-year-olds wanting to workout independently. This three-hour course talks about etiquette, body weight exercises and use of basic equipment.

Fitness testing for pre-employment requirements and paramedic/firefighter candidates can be conducted at Strathcona Gardens. Call to make an appointment.
