COVID-19 – (Facility remains closed to drop-ins, masks are now mandatory and all group fitness physical activities and classes have been temporarily suspended in accordance with new Provincial Health guidelines) Register now for aquatic programs, , hockey programs, learn-to-skate programs, registered skating and stick & puck.  A gradual reopening of some activities is now provided the Rod Brind’Amour arena and both the main and leisure pools of the aquatic space with advance registration or booking required. Keep an eye on our website and social media channels for further updates.

Fitness and Wellness Programs

Strathcona Gardens has a growing list of registered programs to meet your needs. Attend one of the programs led by our experienced and professional staff and realize your potential! We have programs available for all ages and abilities so there should be something for everyone.

No matter your fitness level you can develop your strength, balance, coordination, cardio, or agility in the pool, fitness studio or weight room. We offer small group classes, personal training and therapy programs.

The CSEP Get Active questionnaire is required for all of the registered or drop-in fitness programs. Forms for other programs can be found here.
