Pool Re-opening Delayed: All pool facilities will be continue to be CLOSED from October 11 to 14 to ensure we meet all health & safety regulations to re-open our pools. 

 

We are STILL OPEN during the REC-REATE construction of our new aquatic & wellness centre. Our weight room and waterslide have been decommissioned, but personal training sessions will be held in our Fitness Studio, where we build your program to have the confidence to work independently. We look forward to welcoming you back to a new an improved facility!

    • Rod Brind’amour Arena (Arena #1) was built in 1971.  Arena #2 and Leisure Ice was built in 1996. 
    • Rod Brind’amour Arena (Arena #1) & Arena #2 are 85 ft. x 200 ft. and the Leisure Ice area is approximately 4000 square ft.  
    • Rod Brind’amour Arena (Arena #1) has 4 dressing rooms plus an additional female only dressing room.  Arena #2 has 5 dressing rooms plus an additional female only dressing room. 
    • Arena #1 seats 742 and Arena #2 seats 150.
    • Skate shop offers skate sharpening and skate rental services – 110 pairs of hockey skates and 100 pairs of figure skates. The skate shop also offers 30 rental helmets for all participants.

Accessibility Aids

  • Arena #1 lobby contains an elevator for patrons that provides access to the top of the seating area, the fitness studio, and Dogwood Room. A key can be signed out at our front desk.
